Another find from the record fair with @djmrfarmer last weekend. Nice promo copy of Nina Hagen Band - African Reggae/Wir Leben Immer Noch (Lucky Number), German version of Lene Lovich's Lucky Number. Released 1980 on CBS for the CBS Blitzinformation with a nice Blitz (lightning) on the label.

39 years ago this evening I went to see a band, didn't get much further than the merch stall. The merch guy's eyes (and his pink hair) and how he looked at me had me hooked immediately. After a few months full of love letters, landline phone bills gone wild, home made cassette tapes and almost 2000km between us we lost touch.
Until in 2011 when I got a message on social media. The rest is history. Sevenahalf years married and still feeling like teenagers when we're together.
